02 Background
I'm an IT Engineer working with infrastructure, endpoint management and automation.
I have four years of experience in managed services, from frontline support to engineering at C5 Alliance.
My projects include deployment tools, a shared PowerShell reference and a home lab for testing.

Service desk support and infrastructure engineering.
Promoted into an engineering role, taking on greater responsibility for infrastructure work and complex project delivery across client environments.
Joined supporting public sector clients. Within less than a year, promoted from junior to senior — reflecting contribution and breadth of responsibility taken on.
Supported on-premises clients including police departments and transport divisions. Built a strong technical foundation and introduced PowerShell automation.

I use my home lab to practise endpoint management, firewall configuration and server administration.
