I'm an IT Engineer based in Jersey with a Level 3 qualification in Software Engineering and over four years of hands-on experience across managed services. I've supported public sector clients at Civica and progressed from a junior role to senior and now into engineering at C5 Alliance, where I work on infrastructure projects and build practical tooling.

My day-to-day involves Intune endpoint management, PowerShell automation, and working across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. I noticed early on that people were either shouting across the office for scripts or using company data with AI tools to get answers — so I built a self-hosted PowerShell Knowledge Base that 30+ team members now use daily.

Outside of work I run a multi-server home lab with Proxmox virtualisation, Intune-connected test machines, Grafana monitoring, and a Sophos firewall — an environment I use to develop and test deployments before they go live.

Promoted into an engineering role, taking on greater responsibility for infrastructure work and complex project delivery across client environments.

  • Built and self-hosted a PowerShell Knowledge Base (ps.lyvvy.xyz) — now used daily by 30+ internal team members for reference, development, and script storage
  • Developed a purpose-built NetDocuments update deployment tool using PowerShell and Task Scheduler, eliminating manual admin intervention and shared local admin credentials
  • Expanded home lab to a multi-server environment with Intune-connected test machines mirroring work baselines for safe deployment development

If a task is repeated more than a few times, I look for a way to script it. From AD account provisioning at Civica to the NetDocuments deployment tool at C5 — I build tooling that gives engineers time back.
